Winter Blues... YOU READY⁉️
Pursuing a feeling of love & connection by collecting inspired works of art
🎧 Listen as you read & reflect. The music I record is crafted intentionally for this purpose.
I watched a movie yesterday that perfectly captured the loud, loving chaos of big family gatherings. It felt like a portal into long-lost traditions and rituals that once brought family together; reminding me of the looming sense of inevitable change when a keystone family-member passes away or is in free-fall during extended medical transitions. The nostalgia is a remember of the love and connection from these times. In our present lives, the clutter and noise form a barrier, separating us from that connection... making us crave the cozy feeling of “home.” With art (music, movies, games, and books that spark inspiration), we can once again access that connection and alleviate homesickness.
Prepare for a looming hibernation by collecting creative “tools” that bring clarity, inspiration, and that feeling of home.
Here are my inspired reccomendations to invite coziness into the present:
🎶 Reflect on the past year with this 15-minute playlist.
